Norwalk, CT – Norwalkers will come together – albeit virtually – for the Seventh Annual LitCrawl on Thursday, April 30, at 6:30 p.m. Although residents can’t visit the Wall Street Theater and local pubs and restaurants this year, the Norwalk Public Library invites all to celebrate April, National Poetry Month, by participating in our LitCrawl tradition of reading a favorite poem on Zoom, or by heading to your comfortable spot to watch the event live-streamed by the library’s friends at theWall Street Theater, on theirFacebook page, @WallStreetTheater.
For those who’d like to participate by reading a poem, please email Christine Bradley, cbradley@norwalkpl.org, with the title of the poem you’ve selected no later than April 27. Select a reading of about 3 – 5 minutes or less, including a short introduction, telling why you chose to read that poem, etc. Space is limited to 100 readers, so please register today for this popular community event. Zoom info to join LitCrawl will be emailed to readers prior to the event.
For additional information, please contact Christine Bradley, Director, Norwalk Public Library System, cbradley@norwalkpl.org.
